STATEMENT OF OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT AND CIRCULATION
“Laiškai Lietuviams” (“Letters to Lithuanians”) is published monthly except July and August, when bi-monthly. Its publishers and owners are the Jesuit Fathers of Della Strada, Inc., a non-profit religiuos society approved by the Roman Catholic Church. The editor is Rev. Joseph Vaišnys, S.J. The managing editor is Mrs. Al. Likander. The offices of editors, publishers and management are located at 2345 West 56th St. Chicago, Ill. 60636. In the preceding 12 months “Laiškai Lietuviams” averaged a press run of 3000 copies. 2890 copies were distributed to paid individual subscribers by mail, free distribution — 60 copies. None (0) distributed to news agents and none (0) sold through dealers. Total distribution — 2950 copies; of single issue nearest filing date: press run — 3000, mail subscription — 2890, free distribution — 60; total distribution — 2950, and left-overs — 50. Annual subscription — $6.00, single copy is 60c. Second class postage paid at Chicago, Ill. and additional mailing offices.
